The snow arrived. No-one ever doubted it would. So far, the plough has visited twice to clear the driveway. The driver was kind enough to send some images. One has replaced the summer header that seemed a little incongruous at this time of year.
Below is a rather pretty view of the driveway, looking down towards the road (somewhere around that bend).
With January about to pass its peak, there’ll soon be only four more months before we make our move to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It’s hard to believe how fast the time is going.
A visit in March is still undecided. Much depends on the weather. With the house winterized it would be foolish to risk damage by having the water reconnected too soon.
We’ll have to wait and see.
